Refund policy
Damages & Issues
We have a 10-day return policy for items that arrive damaged or defective. To be eligible, please notify us at info@shopmelangedujour.com within 10 days of delivery. You must provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged product. Once we confirm the issue, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Returns sent back without our prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the funds.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
Used, burned, or melted candles.
Opened or used Ambiance Mists.
Any product where the safety seal is broken.
Final sale or promotional items (clearly marked as such).
Shipping & Address Responsibility
Incorrect Addresses: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to address error, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping fees for re-shipment.
Transit Delays: Once a package leaves our studio, we cannot control transit times or delays caused by carriers. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit, though we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier where possible.
Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen. Please contact your local post office or carrier directly to investigate.
