Processing Time
All orders are handcrafted and prepared with care at our studio. Please allow 5-8 business days for order processing and dispatch before shipment. During promotional periods or holidays, processing times may be extended, which will be communicated on our website.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer shipping within the continental United States. By using eco-conscious packaging, we ensure that your shopping experience leaves you with extra aura points - not just a package on your porch.

Free shipping on all orders over $85
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days from the ship date, depending on your location and carrier service. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, and we are unable to ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@shopmelangedujour.com. We can only modify orders that have not yet entered the fulfillment process.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Mélange du Jour is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been shipped and marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office or carrier first to investigate. We are happy to assist you in filing a claim where possible.
Damages & Returns
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If any items are damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at info@shopmelangedujour.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund. We do not accept returns for change of mind or for used, burned, or tested products. For full details, please see our Return & Refund Policy.
